Abstract

Hozirgi vaqtda fruktozaga qiziqish yuqori fruktozali makkajo‘xori siropidan keng foydalanish bilan bog'liq. Fruktoza nisbatan past glisemik indeksga ega va boshqa shakarlarga qaraganda shirinroq hisoblanadi. Fruktoza bilan bog'liq muammo shundaki, uning metabolizmi insulindan mustaqil ravishda jigarda lipid sintezini rag'batlantirishi mumkin. Bu ortiqcha lipid ishlab chiqarish va cho‘kma, insulin qarshiligi va metabolik sindromning boshqa ko‘rinishlariga olib kelishi mumkin.
