The Methods of Improving Learner’s Vocabulary Skills

Abstract

English is gradually becoming “Lingua franca”, and it has become dominant among other languages. All developing countries in the world are striving to include English language in their school curriculum since they want their young generation to be perfect users of English as, probably, native speakers. The issues related to this aspect caused plethora of disputable questions among grammarians and the teachers wanting to implement an appropriate instruction to accelerate learners’ vocabulary stock. Hence, all teachers are looking for a good method that might be easier to carry out than other conservative methods. Alongside with other countries, by the orders and guidance of our president experienced teachers are trying to figure out some fruitful methods and share them with all other teachers of the republic. So sabbatical courses and exchange programs are always in action and every year our teachers are sent to English speaking countries to become aware of some productive methods. This article will inform about some approximately good versions of improving learners’ overall English speaking skills, particularly, vocabulary.
