Abstract

The article deals with the types of translation of functional and communicative orientation. From the point of view of functional and communicative orientation, it is customary to distinguish three types of translation: artistic, socio-political (general) and special. There are other classifications of translation: artistic and special, artistic and informative, artistic and non-fiction, etc. These types of translation are distinguished in this article.
