Abstract

In this article, the problems that may arise in the process of formation of writing skills in a foreign language, their solutions, as well as literatures on the role of students and teachers in this process, were studied and analyzed. The existing problems regarding the issue of what should be paid attention to organize  training processes in accordance with world standards were studied and the conclusions obtained were presented.
