The article describes the bioaccumulation of the lead element in the organs of the bean crop, and shows the quantity of lead in the root, stem, leaf and grain. The highest values for variants were 10.70 mg/kg in root variant 6, 1.36 mg/kg in stem variant 10, 2.38 mg/kg in leaf variant 5, and 2.25 mg/kg in grain variant 6 was determined, and higher bioaccumulation was observed in roots up to 21 times, in stems up to 3 times, in leaves and grains up to 5 times, respectively.</p> Khushmurodov Jobir Panjievich, Karimov Khusniddin Nagimovich Copyright (c) 2024 https://conferenceseries.info/index.php/morocco/article/view/1727 Mon, 30 Sep 2024 00:00:00 -0600 BIOACCUMULATION OF NICKEL IONS IN TOMATO AND CUCUMBER ORGANS https://conferenceseries.info/index.php/morocco/article/view/1728 <p>When observing the bioaccumulation of nickel ions in the plant organs of tomatoes and cucumbers, the highest amounts are mainly in the roots, from 5.94 mg/kg to 7.60 mg/kg of contaminated soil in tomatoes, 11.88-15.19 times the MPC, and less in cucumber roots compared to tomato roots. bioaccumulation was observed, 3.35-5.38 mg/kg, and 6.71 to 10.77 times higher bioaccumulation than MPC. This situation is the opposite in the stem part, where bioaccumulation was observed in tomato plant stem up to 2.58 times MPC, and in cucumber up to 5.00 times, in leaves 1.88-3.28 times MPC in tomato and 1.45-1.93 times in cucumber leaves, respectively.
