Despite the fact that in present time the treatment of DTG is carried out with high efficiency, there are studies that show that DTG occurs differently in people of different nationalities and living in different environmental conditions. Несмотря на то, что артериальная гипертензия (АГ) является одной из ведущих причин развития сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний (ССЗ) и хронических неинфекционных заболеваний (ХНЗ), таких как хроническая сердечная недостаточность (ХСН), заболевания почек и цереброваскулярные болезни, её популяционно-прогностическая значимость и провоцирующие факторы остаются спорными не только среди взрослых, но и среди подростков и юношей. Негативное влияние АГ на популяцию с факторами риска и ассоциированными субклиническими формами ССЗ/ХНЗ не вызывает сомнений.
