Abstract

All over the world, as a result of poor nutrition and other internal and external factors, there is a steady rise in diseases of the endocrine system. In particular, an increase in the incidence of thyroid diseases is observed in the Republic of Uzbekistan. As of (for) January 1, 2020, the prevalence of thyroid diseases in the structure of endocrine diseases in our Republic is 44.2%; diabetes - 41.6%; obesity 7.5% and other endocrine diseases accounted for 6.7%. Diffuse toxic goiter, that refers to autoimmune lesions - is one of the most common diseases of the thyroid gland. Despite the fact that in present time the treatment of DTG is carried out with high efficiency, there are studies that show that DTG occurs differently in people of different nationalities and living in different environmental conditions. In this thesis studied these problems.
